You Are: 
• An experienced manager with 3 years of experience in a hospitality management position 
• Someone who loves working with people 
• Able to communicate, entertain and interact with guests 
• Someone with high standards and can deliver excellence 
• A coach and mentor to your team 

Your Responsibilities: 
• Create a great guest experience with: 
o Great Food & Drinks 
o Caring Service 
o Welcoming Environment 
o Fun Promotions 
• Complete Liquor Inventory & Ordering 
• Coach, mentor and develop staff on a daily basis 
• Interview applicants and hire awesome people
