• Ensure that guests have a great experience
• Champion’s guest relations through one-on-one guest contact and use of guest’s names
• Help to create a great looking store
• Commit to a high standard of product with our Food and Beverage programs
• Helping to mentor and train employees on a daily basis
• Being involved in decisions for your location
Your experience includes:
• Outgoing and social with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality management position
• Able to energize a team
• Great at socializing and love working with people
• Organized and thrives in a fast pace, high volume working environment
• Knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and common drink recipes
• Knowledge of behavioral patterns and effects of alcohol on people
