Back To Basics Winter Ballet Series
We are happy to announce Back to Basics Ballet Series is back!!
Whether you are new to ballet or want to refresh your skills, our Back to Basics 4-week session will help you find your inner ballerina.
Over this 4 week course you will learn ballet basics, understand good posture and develop strength and flexibility in a safe and encouraging learning environment.
Starting at the barre we will explore the key positions and movements of classical ballet. We will then move to the center of the room to practice simple choreography including balances, turns and jumps.
Taught by one of our own in-house ballerinas, Laura will keep you smiling and challenged as you build confidence.
